His intellectual contributions and the movements and institutions he has founded include: 1. Tehreek-e-Islah-e-Taaleem Trust (and Safa Institute): For the reform of modern and religious education in both contemporary and Islamic contexts. 2. Tehreek-e-Ruju‘ ilal-Qur’an (and Tadrees al-Qur’an): To convey the Qur’an to both the general public and the scholarly class, and to cultivate the ability to translate Qur’anic Arabic into Urdu. 3. Authorship: Nearly forty publications, providing comprehensive insights on themes such as education, training, purification of the soul, critique of Western thought and civilization, understanding of religion, and the dominance of Islam in Pakistan. 4. Monthly Al-Burhan: A journal addressing modern issues in light of Islam and contemporary challenges. 5. Majlis Fikr-o-Nazar: A platform for lectures, seminars, and conferences on intellectual and scholarly themes. 6. Milli Majlis Shari‘i: A joint academic platform for scholars from all religious schools of thought, fostering unity among the ‘ulama and presenting a collective Islamic perspective on societal issues. 7. Islahi Tehreek (Reform Movement): Since our literature has clearly demonstrated that existing religious movements, organizations, and institutions (e.g., Tablighi Jama‘at, Jamaat-e-Islami, traditional seminaries, Sufi circles, and militant groups) are working with incomplete and ineffective conceptions of religion and methodology, we believe a genuine reform movement must be launched to redirect societal struggle towards the correct path. Additional supporting projects, lectures, publications, and seminars over the years have contributed to a robust intellectual and social environment fostering Islamic thought and societal reform. Dr. Amin’s work continues to inspire scholars, students, and the broader community in Pakistan and beyond, ensuring the propagation of Islamic knowledge and values through systematic education and outreach programs.
